2019 Stuff a Stocking Agreement

By signing this agreement, I agree that my business will participate in the Brown County Community Foundation’s Stuff a Stocking Event on December 7, 2019 and agree to the following statements:

  • I will supply 300 small items to be placed in the Stockings
  • My business will be open from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm on December 7, 2019

Insurance:  All participants are required to have an insurance policy with a minimum amount of a one million dollar liability policy appropriate for December 7, 2019, Stuff a Stocking.

In return, the Brown County Community Foundation (BCCF) will list/advertise your business on all flyers, tickets, maps, and publications (where participants are included) regarding the 2019 Stuff a Stocking event.  The BCCF will provide signs/posters identifying your business as a participant to be displayed in your window.

Release:  I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to indemnify and hold the Brown County Community Foundation and its sponsors, harmless of and from any and all manner of action, suits, damages or claims whatsoever arising from any injuries, including wrongful death, loss or damage to the person or persons or property of the undersigned while participating in the “Stuff a Stocking” event.  I hereby agree to all rules and polices established for the event and understand that the Brown County Community Foundation shall have final authority to interpret or enforce any such rules or policy.
