The Indiana Arts Commission (IAC) is a state agency funded by the General Assembly and the National Endowment for the Arts. BCCF is the official Region 8 Arts Partner and our charge is to work alongside the Commission to promote and expand participation in the arts for our region, which includes Brown, Morgan, Monroe, Owen, Greene, Martin, Lawrence, and Orange counties. This includes providing access to funding opportunities like the Regional Initiative Grants (Arts Project Support and Arts Organization Support).
Arts Project Support (APS) grants provide funding to nonprofit organizations to support a specific part of the organization’s arts activities, such as a one-time event; a single production; an exhibition; an educational workshop; or a series of related arts activities such as art classes or training sessions.
The FY 24 grant cycle runs from July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024.
Grant applications will open in January 2023. Guidelines are available at the links below.
